Some time ago, my wife and I were faced with a difficult decision about some health practices we were partaking of. There was a disquieting, uncomfortable feeling about these practices, which we credit to the marvelous workings of the Holy Spirit of the Lord. This led to further research, after which there was a concern that other Christians would have a basic understanding of how many of the alternative health practices work.
