A person’s worldview has tremendous consequences, affecting his actions and their outcome. Either he will live a life according to God’s Word or live according to the dictates of Satan, the world, and his own physical desires.
Being sincere is a noble virtue, at least if it is for the right cause. However, people may lie, kill, or steal thinking they are sincerely helping in a situation. But it is possible to be sincerely wrong! The Bible links true sincerity with believing and living the truth.

Politics is, by its very nature, the art of compromise. Christianity, by its very nature, is a voluntary faith that does not force itself on others. The temptation is to trust in the hope that somehow Christianizing politics and government will lead to the betterment of society.
Will the pastor or the leader who functions as a CEO neglect the essence of the Gospel—to preach Christ without compromise and show genuine love and concern, meeting spiritual needs? Can he do this when his main focus is on bolstering attendance?
I am not promoting Democrat, Republican, or Independent—not even conservative, liberal, more social programs, or less spending. But I would like to ask: Why can’t we leave the word “Christian” out of politics?
Does the Bible and our obedience to its teaching affect our family relationships and keep us from the corrupt influences of our society? When God’s Word calls for love and obedience, do our neighbors see any difference in our lives?
Compromise in churches in the last century has led to many problems in our society. We need to get back to the Bible and its sure foundation, or we and our children will become not only irreligious, but even agnostic and eventually atheistic.
